Hi All,
   I applied in both catogories (EB2 and EB3)at VSC. My ND is 7/20. But I got RFE for my EB2 for company\'s tax and my W2. Avm updated for RFE on Sep 10th. I have sent the necessary documents on Sep 18th. Till now there is no change in the AVM (still it says on sep 10th we mailed u a notice blah blah blah). Can I talk to IIO in this regard ? Guys - Pls help me.

DOn\'t worry. They don\'t update it right away. My RFE was sent Sept 20th. They updated on Oct 5th.

 
 
what is AVM? How can I check my I-140 status?

I see a lot of you guys say sth about AVM. what is that? Is that an automatic system to check your I-140 status? My I-140 was filed through VSC on October. the RD is 10/23/01. I\'m eager to learn my status now. What should I do? Thank you in advance

You can call the AVM (automated voice message) at (802)527-4913. You need to know your EAC # to be able to use it. If you do not have it, ask your lawyer for it. If you have it, just follow the instructions.
