Can I do H1 transfer without approval notice

Please help Can I do H1 transfer without approval notice

I applied for H1 transfer in April. After contacting USCIS, I came to know that the H1 transfer was approved in May but approval notice never reached my company lawyer, now if I want to do another H1 transfer to another company can it be done with the receipt notice and recent paystubs. Can the USCIS pull my data from the database with the receipt no. for another H1 transfer.

My original H1 transfer has been approved but the approval notice was lost by INS,
Lost by INS? did you lost it or you never got it from USCIS or your employer did not got from USCIS?? or employer or lawyer got it but they have not provided you H1 approval notice??
now if I want to do another H1 transfer can it be done with the receipt notice and recent paystubs.
