Can I do H-1 transfer while485 is pending

Hi all,

I have some questions regarding 485 appln process.

1. I have an EAD and my ND for 485 is 04/03. I have a valid H-1 and I am using that right now. Can I shift to another company using H-1 transfer(instead of EAD)?

2. Will I still be eligible for AC21? and my green card processing will not be affected bcas of switch?

3. well the reason I want to use H-1 is, I am still unmarried and might get married soon.....

--- to use AC21 your I-140 must be approved AND I-485 pending more then 180 days. I dont know if your I-140 is approved

----- it is ALWAYS better to be on H1 status till you dont get I-485 approved.
