I did like you suggested guys and here I've got!
After 10 days from sending, INS sent me confirmation
letter about my EAD, that I should get it up to 80 days...

I save almost 300$ bucks on lawyer :cool:

1) Check( Write you A# number)
2) Two ADITS style pics (Write your A# with pencil),
3) I-765 application
4) Mailer from previous EAD
5) Copy of your EAD card(front and back)
6) Copy of 485 receipt
7) Copy of I-94
8) Copy of passport

Did you send your application and spouse application in a single envelope or you send in seperate envelop ?

what about check ? one check for $240 or two seperate check of $120 ?

I sent them separate, I think is safer this way.(priority mail)
If it get lost, it will be one not both hopefuly.
So checks also should be separate.

remember not lick envelope too long...
It can be thought as sexual abuse in this country

EAD RENEWAL

EAD renewal is simple. I just did mine.

All you need is Copies of :

1. I-485 reciept
2. Passport size Picture not older than 30 days (Go to Picture people)
3. Money order -$120.00
4. Current EAD - both back and front copy
5. I-94 - Both back and front copy
6. I-765 Form

And that should do it. Read the instructions on the form and it should tell you everything.
