can i deport my wife

Hi i am married but living seperate from my wife. My wife came usa 2 months ago and left me after 10 days and moved with her friends in other state. can i deport my wife because she married me for green card. she came on spouse visa on i 130 which i think is a 2 year conditional visa.
what should i do to get her deported or stop her from getting additional stay beside the 2 year conditional visa.
thank you

Yes, you can have ur wife deported by informing USCIS that you were screwed as she married you for the greencard and left to live with friends..:D

Get the marriage annulled. The fact that she left you so quickly will be very good evidence for annulment, and the annulment (if completed before 2 years) will make it impossible for her to get the unconditional 10-year card. Once you get the annulment, notify USCIS (attaching a copy of the I-130 so they can properly identify the case, and a notarized copy of the annulment document).

Did her green card arrive in the mail? If not, when it arrives, write "Return to Sender" on both sides of the envelope (without opening it) and drop it in the mail. Do the same if it has already arrived and the envelope is still sealed.

her green card did arrive in mail last week and i have opened it to see since it has my name on the mail to. so should i still send it back or talk to a lawyer since i have opened it.

:eek::eek:

Why two ID

Anyway, there are # of things you can do with card, and that directly depends upon emotional factor.

Regarding her greencard/deportation: Someone already replied that you cannot deport her (USCIS can), and for that follow "Jackolantern" advice,

Read my other post on the child issue. I advised you on that too.

its not that simple as you think. she has my child that she brought with her to USA and she went to pakistan 3 weeks ago and left the child there and came back to usa alone. i can't just let this thing go on and move forward without knowing if the child is mine which i want to make sure by getting the dna test. but yes if the child is mine i want the child custody and then i will move forward. put yourself in my shoes and think for a minute and see if you could move on..

"forward her the green card and move on?" amazing..... we need more people like that...criminals...liars...great !

Think about it long term. The quicker the OP breaks all ties, the more difficult it will be for the wife to remove her conditions.

Husband36 or shan.. forget about your wife's immigration issues for now. Talk to a family lawyer instead. You need to get the custody of your son first regardless of the immigration status of your wife.

You don't need a immigration lawyer. And, definitely not those lawyer who claim that they can do all kind of cases.

If you want to have peaceful life in long term (in short term it is impossible) for yourself (& your kid), hire a good family lawyer who has expertise in child custody issues.

Also, I know it is easy said then done, but you have to take emotions out of decision making process. I have seen many making mistake in divorce and custody cases by hanging on to "how dare s/he did this to me, I will make sure s/he suffers more".

i have a meeting with an immigrant lawyer nearby this Monday so hopefully he will advice me what steps to take from now on. i would want my lawyer to handle this from now on since this is very complicated issue and i dont want to mess it up by doing some stupid thing..
