Can I continue working for companyA if H1 is transferred to companyB

Hi All:
I appreciate all your inputs.

Currently I am working for company A and I am on 7th year extension.
If I apply for xfer of H1B to company B (labor pending for >365 days from company A) - can I continue to work for company A?

If down the road, company A applies for 8th year extension - will that be approved without problems?

------------ Who is your employer at that point?? If it is company B then it should be company B who should apply for the 8th year extension not A. Also who will file your I-140 A or B. If its B then you cannot use the LC approved for A to apply I-140 from B.

So - I can continue working for companyA even if I have filed H1 xfer thru companyB.

If I continue working for companyA and companyA files for 8yr extension down the road (companyA has labor pending for more than a yr), will companyA face any problems with 8th yr extension?
 
Urgent Help Required!

My question is little different. Can we two different jobs with two different H1B simultaneous. For exapmle you are having H1B with two companies A & B. Can you work with both companies same time and draw salaries from both companies for same month simultaneously?? Is this legal. This question is bcaz I am having two H1B am working wih company A and have a offer to work in a part time project from company B. So can I work with both these companies in same month and they generate a payroll for same month at same time.

Hi,

I would like to know what is part time and full time H1b. Who can apply for part time/full time h1b? Can employer file for part time h1b how this will reflect in future. Can I work on two jobs on part time. what are the chances of getting part time h1b?

Please advice. I am in a big confusion.
