Gurus,

Our AOS filed to TSC Oct, 19. 2001, then was transferred to San Antonio and later to Nebraska Service Center for reasons no one knows.

Since our receipts start with SRC, all inquiries went to TSC and TSC always reply saying" cases are in NSC.." Writing to NSC yields nothing.

Contacted TX Senator about 2 month ago and senator sent inquiry to NSC, so far no reply.

My question is can I contact my congressman for the same issue since the senator's inquiry yields nothing so far?

It has been a nightmare, please let me know your suggestions.

Thanks,

Focus to NSC not TSC, Start some serious non-stop efforts, anything you can do without any hesitate, senator/congressman at ur current reseidence. use ur attorney or hire newone keep sending letters faxes to NSC.
best way walk-in office so they reply u better.

Good LUck

Thank you for your reply. I am in TX and have been in TX for the last 5 years.

I dont know why USCIS transferred me to NSC and NSC is sitting there doing nothing.

Should I contact both Senator and congressman at the same time for the same matter?

Thanks,

Well

If you can pass your inquiry to any of the two candidates at tonight's debate, your case will be approved tomorrow.
If you can't, just wait. You definitely will get approved before next election.
All the congressmen are busy with the election. I believe they are tired of the immigration backlogs as we are (some anti-immigration congreemen are happy with that). From all the posts, they are becoming less and less effective as the early days a few years back.

Why not

I contacted Senator's office first. I got no response from them after one month so I contacted Congressman's office. I got a response from Congressman's office in about 2 weeks. Finally I got response from Senator's office too but it took almost 3 months. I know they can contact TSC in different ways like phone, fax, mail, etc. I don't how they are going to communicate with NSC people.

Hope this helps.
