Can I change my job

Hi

My RD is 03/01/02 EB3.I got a valid EAD.I have been sticking
with my sponsor employer since I started my GC(3.5 years).Right now I got a very good offer from

my client.They want me to be a full time employee .Here is my problems

1.I have applied my GC in VSC from MA .My client is in MI.I need to change my address to MI.(VSC to NSC ?)
2.My new job description is going to match only 50% of my LC.
3.I will get almost 1.75 times of my current salary in the new job.
4.If I change my job. My current employer wont give any
documents. I dont know how my LC looks like.but I do have
the resume I sent to INS for my LC.

My client can wait for till end of this year.but I dont
know whether I can change my employer as soon as I get my
GC(Even it is approved before end of this year).
I am so frustrated by seeing the GC process now. Please help
me .Can I change my job.

I will suggest you to go ahead and grab the opportunity. Eventhough VSC is currently processing Jan'02 cases, there are still a lot of Nov'01 and Dec'01 cases pending. So there is no guarantee that you will get your approval shortly. Thousands of people have used AC21 successfully. Almost every approval case we see here is a AC21 case. If an RFE comes, then try to describe your job in a broadly generic way.

Thanks Dsatish for your suggestions.Sorry I could not respond immediately beacause of blackout.you know I need to change my lawyer at that time I need to inform BCIS.But I really worried about my new job is only 50% match to my lc based job.Do you think is it fine.
 
Talk to ur new employer w.r.t. Job Description, and make it clear that incase of RFE, you would need an employment letter in line with the LC. I think they would agree to this[issuing employment letter for GC purpose only]..!
