Can I change my job

Hi

my GC is applied for future employment by company A on july2007.My I-140 approved on feb 2008 and waiting for 485.My PD belongs to 2005 mar EB2.
I am still working with my old comapny B .
My question is Am i elgible to change company C
without working for company A( My GC sponsered company).Can I file AC21 without working for GC sponsered company?Please i need somebody advice.

For that, you need to have an approved I-140 (which you do) and must have an I-485 application pending for at least 180 days.
Have you applied for 485 or waiting to apply?
Once you apply for 485 and have it pending for at least 180 days, you can change to company C, provided that the jobs offered by A and C are same or similar.

yes i already applied 485.I did concurent filing of 140 and 485 on july 2007.So its almost 10 months .My 140 approved on feb 2008.But i dont have the copy of 140 approval.Do i need that copy to apply Ac21?So i can change my job and apply Ac21 without working for GC sponsered company right.

you need a i485 receipt + current employment letter + current couple of recent pay stubs. Make sure your job duties are similar or same.
