Can I change my employer?

Hello Every body,

I was just wondering what are the risks and is it safe to change my employer when my I-485 has been pending for more than 180 days, my I-140 is approved, and my new job is going to be in similar field?

Also, what happens in this situation if my employer revokes my I-140?

Should I use my EAD Card which expires in next 10 months or should i have my new employer transfer my H-1B?

-----------------you are safe to invoke AC21 as I-140 is approved and I-485 pending more than 180 days. before you join ask the new employer if they will give you job offer letter with same/similar jobs so that you can invoke AC21

Would it be terribably bad to use EAD instead of H1B. Chances of finding jobs on EAD are much more than on H1B..

Also, how do you exactly invoke AC21, has any one done that before?
