Can I change back from H to F?

I have two years left on my H1B. I entered the country six years ago on a F1. Since my career at my current job is going nowhere and a labor certification is unlikely, I am strongly considering applying to a top-tier business school. Can I easily change back from H to F if accepted? If so, can I do this without leaving US? Third and last, can I still have those two years on my H1 if I find employment after I finish business school?

As long you didn't file for an immigrant petition it should be no problem. You can still use the 2 years, but to restart the 6-year clock you would have to spend 1 year outside the US.
