Nope, name check must be done and fp must be done or else no IL. Ghantabro, don't worry -- receiving the IL relieved my stress immediately. :)

I don't want to be a 'false prophet' but I think you'll hold your IL in your hands in the next couple of weeks. I have a friend (he's not on this forum) who also received his IL based on early June 08 PD.

I was really discouraged a couple of days ago... called the FBI number to check on FP.... that same day I opened my mail box and found the ILs for myself and my wife.

It's coming don't worry!
