Can I be a full time student while 485 is pending

i 485 taking assitance
first thing of all let me know about your current status.
how do you arrived in the US and what kind of visa do you currently have. another thing is what application have you file since you arrived in the us.
antoher thing unless you have a Prima Facie determination that allows you to apply for public benefit dont apply for any kind of assitance , it may harm you at the time of adjudication. remember anyone that is likely to become a burden for the US government is or will be denied and Immigrant petition
if you want to go to school be carerfull remember sevis must school most notified BCIS of any foreign student.
on a lower note if you are planning to attend college or University try to pay for that out of your own pocket. anyway no application for Immigration benefits allows for an out of status or an Alien in legalization to recieve Financial Aid unless that applicant is applying for assylum.

My current status is H1, My I485 is pending.
I first came to the us as a student on f1. then I worked with H1.
my I485 is employment based. I applied for Labor certificate, and for I-140 and they were approved before I applied to the I485.
According to this, can I go to school on a full time basis? can I accept teaching or research assitantship, in which I work for the school as a TA or RA?

IT should be possible for you be a student and work as a TA (assuming that you have an EAD). However, if INS issues an RFE for 485 case then I think that you will need to show a job similar to that for which you filed 485.
