Hi I have a pecuilar situation. here is my particulars
PERM EB2 I140 RD 11/19/05, AD 1/11/06.
I 485 could not be filed now due to retrogression.
My Wife filed a NIW concurrent filing last september(2005) before retrogression with I140 I485 EAd AP for all of us. She got an RFE on her I140 which she has not submitted yet.
Can I associate now my approved I140 with that 485 that was filed along my wife's NIW petition? I mean I already have a I485 filed in my name. If that can be done it would be great.
Any body has any information regarding this?
