Can I apply under 'Family Group' without spouse

My wife is not eligible for OCI. I am just applying for myself and 2 kids.

Can I still apply as a family group for me and kids? or I need to apply individually?

Online form do not allow me to leave spouse info blank.

I thought kids were part of the family

I have asked the same question in another thread, but no reply yet so posting the question again..I am the first applicant in the family group but I am not able to send my application along with the family group, is it ok or do I need to wait till I am ready to send mine?
