Can i apply TN visa

can i apply TN visa, i m canadian citizen since last 2 years. 17 years back my entry was denied to US airport because they understand i have to intent to usa permanently (at that time i applied H1 and I was travelling on visit visa)

now i am Canadian citizen and i visited US many times in last 2 years without any issue, and they didn't ask any question on border

Now can i apply TN, is there any problem. Please advise

While you can only find by actually presenting a TN application, I think you should be fine

Is it possible to get a TN status for 1 month only?

The position I applied for is only for 1 month (entry level) and after this period the employer will consider either hiring me or not

TN can be granted for one day if needed and you and the job qualify. You should inform your potential sponsors that they can request upto 3 years, without actually committing to hire you for that period.
