What country of citizenship you are holding? If it is India "NO". The priority date for India EB2 is Jan 2003.

I have a question about PD. I filed for LC in Apr 01 and again RIR in Dec 01. Which one is my PD in Apr or Dec 01 can anxone help me?????? Can I file I485 now???
