Hi,
I have got EAD recently(i140 approved already).
I was out of Job since i applied i485. Can i apply for Unemployment benefit while having EAD.
Or Should it be applied only after getting GC.

If i apply for unemployment benefit & Start getting income, Will i get chance to get RFE for employment from INS since i applied for unemployment benefit.

No. even after geting GC you might not be eligible for GC. the only clear cases eligible for welfare are citizens.

you definitely will get a RFE and deportment.
