Hi

I have recently got an offer to work as 'Computer System Analyst' in US. I have MBA Finance qualification.
My question here is my wife is a US citizen livign with me in Canada. She initiated my case two years back. I got letter 8 months back from Montreal consulate asking me to confirm that I have in my possession
1. Required police certificates
2. Sponsorship letter
and then they will call for interview shortly. They gave me time of 6 months from confirmation till getting visa. I have been intentionally delayin git till now but now I am moving forward with this.

My question here is can I apply for TN when my application for I130 is in process. Will applying for TN affect my I130 application negatively in any manner. What are the chances I will get Tn in this situation. Do I have to give up my I130 if I want to get TN. Is there any workaround?

I would really really appreciate your expert opinion on this matter.

thanks

Zeeshan

An I-130 is an immigrant petition made on your behalf, and demonstrates immigrant intent.
You can try to get TN, but expect denial if they tie the I-130 to you.
Even cancelling I-130 at this point wouldn't help you.
Why not just go forward with GC process?
