As an Asylee,can one apply for other immigrant visa programs like DIVERSITY VISA LOTTERY?How will that affect my application for GC as an asylee?If my wife applies for me or includes me in her her application will that harm my chances of GC as an Asylee?

Yes. But it works only if you do not need a waiver of inadmissibility for fraud, etc.
