Can I apply for EAD without a layer?

FYI

Per my lawyer:

There is not much I can tell you. Per my sources, the BCIS REJECTS applications for EAD renewals filed for more than 90 days in advance. I know that this is a catch 22. My advice to you is to file in about two weeks, so that it is received and processed in the CSC by May 30, 2003. I also recommend that you file for your spouse - even if she does not work.

Apply Yourself

There's nothing like if you apply yourself it will be rejected. I applied EAD myself. Got receipt in 3 days. Go ahead apply yourself.

After having experince on this board for so many days still you are asking this question shame on us. By this time you should have asking your lawyer to pass some of clients to you so that you can also earn some $$$s.
