Can I apply for AP Reneval and Visit India with my existing AP?.

Hi

Here is the situation

I Got my AP Approved on 7/9/03 and Valid until 7/9/2004

I used the AP in Sep'03 to Visit India and came back on AP, that time they stamped my PP Payrolled util.... a year from then

Now I am in US, and Need to visit india again in Feb'04

Can I apply for AP Reneval and Visit India with my existing AP?.

Or once I apply for Reneval of AP, Do i Have to stay here until i get it?. Applying for Renewal nullify the Validity of the AP I have..

Any help is appreciated..

Yes

You can travel and come back using existing AP within the expiration date. ie 7/9/2004. You can come back and also apply for AP renewal. You can also apply for AP renewal and go.
