Can I apply again?

I'm green card holder. LPR since 2009.At that time I wasn't married, so I immigrated alone. Can I submit EDV-2012 for myself (including my wife as derivative) and in case if I'm selected bring my wife to US?
I already submitted EDV for my wife. Trying to double my chances(to bring my wife).

Yes you both can apply. If you either of one get selected, other can bring them to USA.
