Can i add my wife to 485 now OR wait until Oct

Hi,

My 485 is pending. I got married and wife is here on H4. Can i add her to my GC now OR do i have to wait until visa numbers are available?

I guess new visa numbers will be available from OCT. Am i right?

If you filed EB3, will need to wait till oct 1st (and even then, it would depend on countries of birth and what the PDs are for those countries).
