Can I accept temporary internal transfer to Nederlands while my I-485 is pending

My I-485 has been pending since April 2002. I am going crazy with TSC. My wife is in Europe now (we are waiting for my I-485 to be approved so that i can apply for CP for her (I-824)).

Can I accept 12 month assignment in Netherlands, and await adjudication of my I-485 there. This would be internal transfer, so i would not change the employer and after the assignment is ovder i would return to US to work for the same company. As i understand, labor cert is for future job, right. So i don't even have to be here now, right...?

Another question. If my case gets transferred to the local office, and if i have to go to the interview, can i use AP to enter the US, and show the employment letter to show that i still intend to work for my employer ? Does my employment in Netherlands become relevan then, or i have to show that i will work in US >?

Can i apply for reentry permit as soon as i get I485 approval?

Yes you can work temporarily outside US. Dont forget to maintain address here in the US and some mechanism to watch for mail from CIS.
You can use AP to enter USA. Just before leaving US get apply for a new AP, it should cover your return after 12 months.
Contact with attorney, HR and formulate a strategy for employment letter for local interview. It is better if you get paid in US dollars and pay your taxes to IRS (and any other local taxes)
