After reading all the posts so far on this discussion thread, I feel that VSC has actually approved a few EB-3 cases when their PDs were seemingly NOT CURRENT. But can anyone, especially WELLWISHER, check to see if the cases that were approved, were cross-charged to their spouses\' COUNTRY OF BIRTH, if that were other than India/China????
