Can I-130 be filed with I-485

Our daughter became a US Citizen yesterday, through marriage.
So she now has her naturalization certificate.
My wife and I want to file to change status to permanent residents.
We currently live in the USA and have an E2 visa but cannot leave, its the type renewed every two years within the US.

Can our daughter file I-130 with our I-485 or do we have to wait until I-130 is approved before filing the I-485?
We will also want to file for advanced parole which I believe can be submitted with the I-485?

Is this correct and can all three forms be filed together?

Thank you

Both the I-130 and I-485 can be filed together, because she's a US citizen and you are her parents. And you should also file for Advanced Parole (I-131) and employment authorization (I-765) so you'll no longer be dependent on the E2 for work or travel. There is no fee for those when applied for in conjunction with an I-485.

Make the appointment for the I-693 medical ASAP. The results for it in its sealed envelope must be included with the I-485.

I assume she's at least 21. If not, she can't file for you yet.

Thank you
I didn't think about the employment part but you are right,
We have our medicals on Wednesday, so hopefully in a few days we will be putting the forms in.

I am guessing that copies of her naturalization for both I-130 and I-485 will be required along with copies of birth and marriage certificates, to prove relationship.
How detailed should I be for our earnings.
I expect two years tax returns should be fine but what else should I include for the change of status.

I have one last question.
We are in Florida
The I-130 says it should be filed in Phoenix
The I-485 in Chicago
Which would I use or does it not matter?

Thank you

If you are filling a I-130 with an I-485 then you mail both forms and all supporting forms and evidence to the address for the I-485. So you would send everything to the Chicago address.

Why do you need to talk about your earnings at all? She (the petitioner) will need to financially sponsor you, so it's her earnings that will matter. Only if that's insufficient do you consider your earnings.

Do the applicant/sponsor need to submit his G 325A form as well. I am sponsoring my mom and submitting copy of my citizenship certificate and birth certificate. Its that OK? Do I need a photos of myself submitted as well?

Also for I-485, I am submitting her BC, copy of visa, two photos, her passport bio page copy and I-94 copy. Is that all I need?

For I-765 and I-131, I am submitting a copy her passport bio page, two photos each.

G-325A form for her only and no photos or documents

I -864 - My last three years of taxes and employment letter

Appreciate a quick feedback. I am all ready to file tomorrow 07/19/13 and need to confirm needed docs.

Thanks!

Thank you newacct, you make a good point and since her earnings will be enough then I shouldn't send mine.

Another question, do I need to file G-325a or is that for something else?

I have everything ready to go now, apart from our medical report which I will have on Wednesday.

You (the immigrant) need to complete a G-325A as a supporting document for the I-485.

Ok, just got our medical forms back and my wife and I have been shown with class B, me for high cholesterol and my wife for a Thyroid issue. We are both on medication and its controlled under that. The blood work itself was fine just the medication was highlighted.
Could that be an issue?

No, only communicable diseases become an issue.

Just received our EAD and combined AP card through the mail. Which was a surprise as I have been checking the case status online.
No matter, we have them now and so can plan our trip overseas.
Happy is how we feel.
