I recently moved to a new job and hence I had my H1 extension/transfer done. By mistake, they did not file the H4 extension for my wife with my application.
----- it would have been better if they would have filed H4 with your H1 becase that way you both could have got the valid I-94 with same dates
The H4 was initially valid to 2007.
---- if she has H4 visa stamp and Valid I-94 till 2007 she is OK, your changing employer does not affect her H4 status just remember to to file her H4 extension 3-4 months before her I-94 gets expired in 2007
Is she out of status.
