Can H1B Transfer and H1B Amendment happen at the same time?

Hello

I am working full time with employer "A" on H1B. I am less than one month old in the US on this H1. However, I am working on a client location different than my petition location. So my current employer "A" will file an amendment in the next few days/weeks.

Meanwhile, I am likely to get an offer from another employer "B" who is willing to file for my H1B transfer. That is a full-time job too.

My question is:
Can employer A's amendment and employer B's transfer (premium) can be applied at the same time?

Any issues with this? Any advice?

------------------ you have not worked for a month with A and thinking about changing the employer? First get 2-3 Pay stubs from A and then let employer B file H1 transfer through Premium Processing. Join only AFTER H1 transfer gets approved. FYI at this time many H1 extensions, Transfers are being denied and Visa stamps are also being denied for H1, H4 by US consulates.
