I'm on my 7th year H1, I used LC Substitution, in April 2003, 140 approved in Aug 2003 , 485 applied in July 2003. EAD received in JAN 2004. No FP.
Do not have 140 Receipt# and LC ( Original ) copy.
My employer told me that I cannot use AC21 and apprently he can "legally" revoke H1B and any of LC processing. Is this correct ?
What is the risk in moving to new employer? The new company is a medium sized company deal with govt. contract and will do Secuirty Clearance.
Should I go for it or not?
