Can H1 be transfered in 7th yr and the LC priority date as well

Hello Experts,
I am with Company A, My 6yrs on H1 is over and got another 3yrs extension. My Labor & I140 are approved and my 3rd stage Consular interview is in India. But because of the priority dates, I have to wait for atleast 2yrs before my priority dates become current.

Recently I got an excellent offer from Company B, can I transfer my H1 and also Priority date to Company B and re-apply for GC.

Any insight into this would be of great help to me.

Once I140 is approved, PD is yours.. however, you need to make sure A does not revoke I140, otherwise you need to start over.
It is safe to move after 180days of I485 pending so that you do not lose your I140 and can keep going with GC journey, even though A tries to revoke your I140.
