No problem.
H1 and L1 are allowed immigration intent, and that is why H1 and L1
holder can apply for AOS.

Being a dual-intent visa, immigrant intent cannot be a reason for visa denial in consulate. She is safe in that issue. However, her H1 visa application in consulate can go thru some additional scrutiny about the authenticity/validity of her H1 job offer + petition.
