Can FP get done any where or from the place specified

Hi Guys,

I have a question regarding FP. Can we get FP done any where in USA or only from the place they specify in the letter. My GC is processed in Nebraska INS but I work in Vermont INS area.

Yu can do fp at different center(any where in US).But there will be one problem,ie. if Yu do fp in different center ( which does not fall under same service center),fbi will sent to that service center where Yu did fp and there might be some delay. Generally people will do fp at different center in the same service center jurisdiction

What would they say if go for fp in different cetner. Do I need to take appointment before from the different center or can go on the same day specified in the FP notice. How long, do you think,would be delayed if I go to different center in different service center.
