Hi Gurus,
My I-140 is approved in Feb 2002 and I-485 is pending since Dec 2002 which is about 14 months. If I leave my current employer, can he effect my GC process in any way like revoking I-140 OR 485.

NOTE: My New employer is ready to process my GC.

Thanks in advance,

------ You are eligible foe AC21 and your Past employer cannot revoke the I-140 and I-485 is your petition
NOTE: My New employer is ready to process my GC.
----- You can change the job and new employer must give you letter for future Permanent job offer and the job title and Skills should be same/similar as on approved LC. You can update USCIS about your intent change letter and send new employer letter with your copy of I-485 receipt
** if you join with H1 transfer then no problem on H1 status of same or simiar job as GC is for future job
* if you join with EAD then get same/similar job and letter from new employer should state that you are working on same skills as on LC and send it to USCIS now or wait for RFE
If you dont update and if I-485 is approved then you may have to work with past employer after GC, it is better to inform before I-485 gets approved
