Can Employee call INS about the Case I140

Is it possible to call INS about the CASE I140. Do they respond to us or do we need to ask the Attorney to call the INS.

It\'s not your filing

INS should (it\'s possible that they\'d screw up) only speak to the employer or the employer\'s attorney.
