can E3 dependant visa holder start a company?

Hi, I am on an E3 Dependant visa and have a EAD. I am working full time. Does my visa allow me to start a business in the US? Thanks so much for your help.

Its funny often in some ways the dependent visa allow more flexibility than the primary visas. However while I am not 100% sure, I am sure given the sever restrictions on foreigners starting businesses in the US unless criteria is met, that you would be legally prohibited and only allowed to be an employee.
