tried everything.took infopass 2times. they sent expedited request. talked to IO n number of times. they are opening SR and telling to wait 30 more days. contacted congressmen also. EAD is expiring next week( it was filed 4 months in advance) and derivate has to quit the job ( told by employer)

Ummmm... very sad.. u have tried all the possible ways... Sorry for you...
I think they stop issuing iEAD in Local USCIS office, that's bad.
Just you need to wait....
One last thing, try to fax request to TSC 1-214-962-2632 be explaining the situation.

already sent the Fax 3 times. no response. even for EAD I have to go through this.

EADs, filed on the basis of I-485 applications, are required by law to be adjudicated within 90 days. Because of the great number of EAD applications filed, it seems to be physically impossible for the USCIS to adjudicate all these applications within the prescribed time. Therefore, the CIS Ombudsman has indicated that he will work with the USCIS to ensure that there is a procedure in place to issue interim EADs after the 90-day deadline for adjudication. MurthyDotCom and MurthyBulletin readers are cautioned not to rely upon the possibility of an interim EAD after 90 days, however.
