Can I apply for medicaid health plus in NYC because of low income?

Is it public charge? It will affect the later removal of condition of Green Card or citizenship?


If not, I will apply for that..

Sure, you can get Medicaid. There is no charge for it. That doesn't affect to GC or Citizenship at all.

Medicaid is indeed public charge, your sponsor is supposed to keep you above the poverty threshold.

They won't approve Medicaid anyway for somebody who is a conditional PR, because of the 5-year waiting period.
