Hi,
This is my confusing case.
1. I have an approved I 140 dated Dec 2000 from Company A.
2. I switched job to Company B in Dec 2000 and filed LC but got delayed due to econonic conditions etc.,
3. I filed 485 in Dec 2002 based on my earlier Companies I 140 Approval and a letter from my earlier company(I140 not revoked).
4. Company B closed due to recession in Jan 2003.
5. I currently have H1 from Company C which is expiring in Dec 2003 (6years).
6. I got my EAD in Aug 2003.
What is the best option for me after all this which would make sure I have a proper case and approved 485 down the road.
Should I join a stable company now and file AC21.
or
Can I be self employed using my EAD.
or
is there any other option.
