Does anyone know that a Company can revoke Approved I-140 and(or) I-485s? Once the I-485 is approved, How long a person need to be with the same company? Is there any time limit? Or can he/she leave the Company whenever he/she wants, after his/her 485 approval?

Company can only revoke 140 and not 485 (though 485 is dependent on 140) only as long as 485 is not approved. If 6 months have passed since 485 filing and 140 is approved you can use AC21 and employer can not withdraw 140/485

Any input from some experienced folks here? My question is "How long a person need to stick with the same company (GC sponsor), after his/her I-485 Approval and Stamping on his/her passport? Please include your thoughts and comments....

You can imemdiately change after I485 approval. There is no law that you got to stick to the company sponsoring your GC app. Just to be sure, go for passport stamping and then only change. Better to be safe than to be sorry.

Is it nessecary that the 140 has to be approved ?or is it oK if one changes his company in 6 months after filing 140/485 irrespective of his 140 results ?

Thanks

I never applied for an ead since my H1 B visa is still valid for more than a year. So the question is, after I recieve approval for my I 485 and then get my passport stamped, will I be able to change jobs without requiring an EAD or anything else. Does a stamped passport mean, that one can go and work for any employer just like one would with an actual green card. If you can clarify, I will really appreciate that.

Thanks.
