Hi -
I read in one of the posts that contractors at NSC are skimming through all files "up to RD of 12/02" and selecting those files that are ready for adjudicators. Now, what I don't understand is, why NSC is doing that? In fact, I thought NSC's fiscal year starts from October. Having said that, it's most perplexing to me that they give the cutoff of RD 12/02 and not 9/31/02.
Don't get me wrong, I am very happy that things are progressing especially for my fellow waiters with RD of 10/02 - 12/02. But, I can't help but be compassionate for my fellow waiters with RD of 12/01 (or before), who are seem to be left out in the dark...
Sorry for ranting...just starting to get a little frustrated with the whole, "pay us a huge load of money for absolutely no service" gimmick. I mean, after increasing fees for all these applications, the best they can tell us is "Sir/ma'am, we are processing 9/01 and you must wait just a little longer?"? Just tired of being treated like USCIS' cash cow...
