Can anyone recommend some lawyers for WOM?

Hi,

My name check has been stucked for four years. Does anyone have a lawyer who helped file WOM and won the case? Could you please provide the name and phone number. I need a lawyer for WOM in the states of CT, NY, or NJ. Thanks a lot.

It might be a little bit late to file WOM now since USCIS released the notice today, and FBI started to fight back. You need to do this gingerly nowadays.

You can still file a WOM and I would suggest that.The thing is that now you will have to fight the US Govt. in court and convince the judge that your namecheck has been unreasonably delayed. Previously the USCIS would put your namecheck on the expedite list when you filed the WOM and they would ask you to dismiss the charge once your namecheck is cleared. you wouldn't have to face them in the court.
