Can anyone recommend a good attorney for getting a green card?

I am wanting to begin the process for my employee but I am looking for a good and dependable attorney. Also, can anyone give me an estimate on the cost and how long does it take to get the green card from start to finish?

Depends on the Location, Type of Case, etc.

Depends on the location (Which State ?);
Case Type (RIR/Non RIR);
Field (Software/Eng./Service,etc.).
Selection of an attorneys depends on lot of factors. Need more info. to advise one. Lot of them are Jerks. Cost ranges from $4,000 to $6,000. It could be more if your case has any complications on any stage. Time It could take from 9 mos. to 4 yrs. depending on the location. Good Luck.

Iwant the best one for my employee. We live on a dairy farm in northern Indiana and he lives with us. The attorney that done his H1B has been everything but helpful so I am searching desperatly for a good one. We prefer to go RIR.
