The job description that I am currently filed for says Aide in selling hardware/software….
The new company is a medical device manufacturer and they are prepared to give me a job description that says
Aide in selling x company products. Everything else in the job description is the same. Does anyone know if INS will accept this as an equivalent job transfer. I know that it depends on the officer etc. But if anyone has encountered similar situations I would really appreciate a reply back.
