Hi,

I am a citizen of one of them SR countries (Group 4). I need to travel to Canada for an official business before the deadline starts for Group 4. I'll return to the USA before the deadline for Group 4 starts. Will I be fingerprinted at the POE. If yes, does that mean I don't need to register again during the registration period? Am I subject to report to the INS within 30 days after entry? How this whole process work?

Does anyone have similar experiences from earlier registration groups?

I would appreciate any feedback.

No, I don't think so

I don't think you would have to be subjected to the SR, but make sure.
 
it will depend on the INS inspector, s/he may require you to register at the POE....it's a discretion. if u are registered at the port, then yes u do have to go again in 30-40 days and at your anniversary every year....
