Hi,
  I have got RFE from VSC and sending reply. When I filled this case I opted for AOS but now I want for CP, Can my attorney change it now like sending request with the reply.
  Yours help will be appreciated.

Yes, this is a wonderful oportunity to ask for consular processing. Your attorney needs to put this into a cover letter and highlight it. Good luck.
