Im a little worried about my my package....
In August 04 I my wife filed the I-130 and was approved in Mid september.
I dropped the rest of my application( adjustment of status,EAD travel etc.) In SAN JOSE on the 6th of January...
It is now november 2nd...and no news, checks havent been cashed, no reply whatsoever.Ive been reading the SAN JOSE time line thread and noticed that everyone elses case took less than 20days for their checks to get cashed and got their EAD and fingerprints and all that just a lilttle over month after filing. Now im just worried that they might have lost it...and was wondering has this ever happened to anyone else? Or have some information that would ease my mind...or better yet a number i can call directly to find out the status of my package. Do you guys think that it has to do with my I-130 being filed separatly?
