Can Anyone Advise What Needs to be Done for Missing I94 Number in H1B Document?

My wife just got her H1B approved and in the document the I94 number is missing. Can anyone advise me as to what needs to be done?

-------------------it is H4 to H1 COS or Fresh H1 or H1 extension or H1 Transfer approval notice.

Check her H1 approval extension or H1 transfer notice lower Right side and lower Left side of the approval notice.
If you got H1 approval notice and it is Fresh H1 and your wife is not in US then I-94 is not with approval notice.
