Hi Everyone,

Today i have found out that my case has applied in EB3 category. So i am just curious exactly how the processing for EB3 works, and how long does it take.

PD July 2002 EB3-IND
I140 & I485 Nov'03.
I140 approved jan 05.

Unless your 485 gets approved by June 30th (which it won't since the PD for EB3 cases from India is June 2002), your case will not be processed until at least Oct 1st. And even then it will still depend on the priority date for, in your case, India.
