can any one please throw a light how to attach old I-485 to New I-140
Hi All Gurus,
I am planning to file new I-140 thru another employer as my current employer saying he will withdraw I-140 ( AC-21 may not possible as there is an RFE on present I-140).
Could any one please help me how to attach my I-485 to new I-140. it is in pending for > 400 days.
I would appreciate any kind of help on this.
